Recovery is defined as the act of regaining or returning to a normal or healthy state, no matter what your illness or addiction. Psychotherapy focuses on healing the emotional roots of all addictions and mental health disorders, in order to begin the process of RECOVERY. As in all recovery; physical, emotional, mental, behavioral, and spiritual, it takes time. In your disease you have invested every waking moment, you now have the opportunity to invest that same time into your RECOVERY. What have you got to lose.

Most programs can stabilize you in the first 30-90 days of your sobriety, but provide little to no aftercare. Our program is designed to be implemented at any stage of your RECOVERY, and to provide follow up treatment for up to 1 year. It can be utilized as an adjunct to your existing inpatient , sober living, or counseling treatment program, or as it's own program

This innovative, individualized Intensive Outpatient Program has it's roots in working with the dually diagnosed client. These clients have both alcohol or chemical dependency and/or other addictions, as well as mental health disorders. In addition, we also specialize in treating TRAUMA disorders.

Intensive Outpatient Group Schedule

Monday: Addictions/Reintegration Track

9AM to 10:30AM: Process group
10:40 to noon: Weekly themes include Surrender, Awareness, Spiritual Connection, Taking Contrary Action.

Tuesday and Thursday: Intensive Trauma/Co-dependency Track:

9AM to 10:30AM: Process group
10:40AM to noon: Weekly themes include Shame and Guilt, Anger and Rage, Grief and Loss, Family of Origin Issues, Inner Child
Work and Codependency Issues. Techniques include various art mediums, psychodrama, sand tray and others.

Friday: Addictions/Reintegration Track

9AM to 10:30AM: Process Group
10:40AM to Noon: Weekly themes include Relapse prevention and triggers, relationships and intimacy issues, finding balance in your life, exploring self-sabotage and others.


Financial Information

Trauma/Co-dependency Track

Program Includes: One fifty minute individual session with a MFT or LCSW licensed therapist per week, two 3 hour groups a week and ½ hour of Therapeutic Massage
Cost : $780/week*

Addictions/Reintegration Track

Program Includes: One fifty minute individual session per week with a LCSW or MFT Case Manager and two 3 hour Group Sessions
Cost: $750/week*


If you attend both Programs simultaneously:

Includes Full Trauma Track and Addictions/Reintegration Track
Cost: $1500/week*

Addictions/Reintegration Track and two 3 hour Trauma groups only
Cost: $1300/ week*


Individual Services purchased separately:

Two Trauma Groups per week: $600*

Two Addictions/Reinteg. Gps/week: $600*

One individual 50 minute session: $150

One 1/2 hour of therapeutic massage: $35

Full hour of therapeutic massage: $65

Additional groups available upon request

*Note a minimum of 4 week commitment Clients with financial hardship may request an adjustable fee rate.
